These terms govern your access to and use of the Wtmurl website and the technical drafting, 3D spatial modeling, and architectural visualization services provided by the WTM design studio. By using this site or our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Wtmurl provides digital drafting, three-dimensional geometric modeling, and high-resolution architectural visualization. Our deliverables include accurate 3D models, sunlight and shadow analysis, and space utilization reports. All services are performed under the coordination of the WTM design studio for interior designers, landscape architects, and urban planners.
You agree to provide accurate project specifications and timely feedback. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not misuse the services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
All 3D models, visualizations, reports, and other deliverables created by Wtmurl remain the property of Wtmurl until full payment is received. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for the intended project. Wtmurl retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Wtmurl provides services based on the information you supply. We are not liable for any errors arising from incomplete or inaccurate data provided by you. Our total liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice if the other party materially breaches these terms and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days. Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination. Wtmurl may suspend or terminate your access to the website if you violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
